Having a Balanced Breakfast on Vacation
I recently went on a vacation to Boston, Massachusetts and stayed in the Embassy Suites with my family. The selection for breakfast was incredible! They had an omelette station where you could tell the chef what you wanted in the omelette and you could even request egg whites! For my main protein, I got an omelette with cheese, bacon and spinach. Along with this, I had some waffles because it was, after all, vacation. My advice for your healthy breakfast would be to have a main protein, possibly some fruit and lots of water. I do not care for coffee in the morning but if you must have it make sure to drink the same amount of water or more. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day because if you were to have a sugary cereal, it will eventually lead your sugar levels to crash. The rest of the day, in turn, will make you feel as though you don't have your life organized.
