Pumpkin Muffins
Every fall season, my mother and I are always in the mood to lose weight or just get fit, mainly because it's a new school season therefore a new "year." However, with all of the different options for fall desserts, it becomes extremely difficult to stay on track with your diet. Whether it's pumpkin pie, candy corn, pumpkin pie, or a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks, it can be extremely difficult to find substitutes for these desserts. A lot of people say replace sweets with fruit because they taste just as sweet, but nutritionists say that you should try to just have one fruit per day. The reason being that although fruits may be healthier than sweet unnatural desserts, but they still have lots of sugar in them. What my family has always substituted for these desserts are pumpkin muffins. Now these may not seem extremely healthy, but they are much better than extremely sugary desserts. Down below is the pumpkin muffins recipe. Hope you enjoy them!!
